Software business or SaaS experience a nice to have. · A team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants a career in SaaS marketing. Needs the ability to drive projects to the finish line. · Superb attention to detail a must, with the ability to understand the user journey and how content impacts it. · Clear thinker who solves problems in their sleep. · Driven, motivated and understands the big picture. · Data driven with an analytical mind set, spotting trends easily. · Has experience with the full modern day SEO toolkit and resources – Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. · Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience of WordPress SEO and site growth very beneficial. · Plan, brief and develop expert-written content that supports the organization, including blogs, landing pages, eBooks, whitepapers, video, and webinars. · Ensuring that all content is edited, matching the company’s tone-of-voice, and is well-optimized for SEO with attention to detail. · Ownership of content publishing schedule to CMS. · Reviewing and updating existing content to improve the relevance and readability for the reader. · Understanding and developing the internal link structure and relationship between content pieces across the website. · Experimenting and optimising content titles, descriptions, and FAQs to increase click-through-rates. · Assisting in monitoring and managing website’s content quality, and delivery of plans to improve it. · Managing webinar content calendar – go to webinar operation, recruitment, and promotion. · Coordinating with agency to create social media campaigns to amplify and distribute our content. · Reporting on the performance of content across all platforms. · Assisting paid team in developing content for paid social campaigns. · Sales Support; create case studies, presentations, or internal sales support materials. · Work with in house and external designers to ensure content is on brand.
